At Yadu's Jawai By Alcor, we strive to provide our guests with a seamless and enjoyable booking experience. However, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations, modifications, and refunds for reservations made at our resort.
By making a reservation with us, you agree to abide by this policy.

1. Cancellation Policy

We may collect personal information from you when you interact with us, including but not limited to:

  • For Direct Bookings (via website, phone, or email):
    • Cancellations Made Less Than 7 Days Before Check-In: No refund will be provided. 100% refund of the booking amount
    • Cancellations Made 7-13 Days Before Check-In: 50% refund of the booking amount.
    • Cancellations Made Less Than 7 Days Before Check-In: No refund will be provided.
  • For Group Bookings or Special Events:
    • Customized cancellation terms may apply based on the agreement made at the time of booking.
  • Non-Refundable Bookings:
    • If a non-refundable booking is made, no refund will be provided regardless of the cancellation date.

2. Modification Policy
  • Changes to your reservation (e.g., dates or room type) can be made up to 7 days before the check-in date, subject to availability.
  • If the modification leads to a higher tariff, the difference must be paid at the time of modification.
  • For changes made less than 7 days before check-in, a rebooking fee may apply.

3. Refund Policy

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. However, we may share your information with:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during booking.
  • Refunds may take 7-14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Any processing fees or taxes associated with the transaction are non-refundable.

4. No-Show Policy
  • In case of a no-show (failure to check-in on the scheduled date without prior notice), no refund or credit will be provided.

5. Early Departure
  • If you choose to check out before your scheduled departure date, no refund will be provided for the unused portion of your stay.

6. Force Majeure
  • In the event of cancellations due to natural disasters, government-imposed travel restrictions, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, refunds or credits will be issued at the discretion of the management.

7. Booking Through Third Parties
  • If you made your reservation through a third-party platform (e.g., travel agents or online booking websites), their cancellation and refund policies will apply. Please contact them directly for assistance.
