At Yadu’s Jawai by Alcor, we strive to ensure your stay is as seamless and enjoyable as possible. To maintain transparency and provide you with the best service, please find below our Refund & Cancellation Policy:

1 Flexible Booking Cancellations:

Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to the check-in date will be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made between 7 to 14 days prior to the check-in date will incur a 50% charge of the total booking amount.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date will be non-refundable.

2 Non-Refundable Bookings:

Certain promotional offers or discounted bookings may be non-refundable. These will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

Refund Policy

1 Refund Process:

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving your cancellation request.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the booking process.

2 No-Show Policy:

In the event of a no-show, the entire booking amount will be forfeited, and no refunds will be provided.

Modification Policy

1 Change of Dates:

Requests to modify booking dates are subject to availability and may attract a date-change fee depending on the tariff difference.
Modifications made within 7 days of the original check-in date will be treated as cancellations and will follow the standard cancellation policy.

Special Cases

1 Force Majeure:

In case of cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or pandemics, we will evaluate refund or rescheduling requests on a case-to-case basis.

2 Third-Party Bookings:

For bookings made via travel agents or third-party platforms, please refer to their respective cancellation and refund policies.
